Grace Performance, Cost and Strategy was founded by Carlene Hatcher, Strategic Analyst, in August 2025 as a fully remote management assistance company to help small to medium-sized businesses in the US manage from an informed perspective and realize increased strategic success.

Carlene has a broad career base with specialties in financial and business analysis, problem solving, effectiveness, report design, assessments, efficiency, process development, technology and related improvements. She holds a Bachelor degree in Business from Northern Arizona University and has 20 years of in-depth, hands-on business experience.

With a successful career in key analytical, support and transactional roles, she has seen businesses from multiple perspectives in multiple industries, excelling in
